Incidentally there was a lord named ”Todo”.
He was said to be the son of this lord.

But Heisuke was a ronin.
He became friends with Kondo in Edo.
And he took part in the Shinsengumi.

(Kondo's dojo was the dojo of the town.)
　

Ito was the senior of this dojo.
He had responded to Ito’s solicitation.

Heisuke rushed to Ito's killing place with comrades.
Fully armed Shinsengumi were waiting there.
　
Harada Sanosuke，Nagakura Shinpachi.
They were the captain of combat group of the Shinsengumi.　
They were also friends of Heisuke from Edo.
Heisuke became a straight fight between Nagakura.
　
Nagakura was moving little his body to the side.
His other side therefore was open.

Fight situation had become one-sided already.　
Heisuke tried to go through there.
　
"I can not forgive your escape."
The man of the Shinsengumi gave sword to him at that time.　
He was a man who was very indebted to Heisuke.
　
Heisuke stopped running away.
He fought, and died.
