Tendai sect was selection them by philosophy of salvation.
”All people has the property of can become a Buddha.”

Saityo doubted the mainstream sect's "theory" and reached in this Tendai doctrine.
The mainstream sect became sect of the past at a stretch by emergence of this new sect of Buddhism.
”If anyone can become a Buddha，why I must suffer to the training.”
Of course, they were repelled against Saityo.
One of them was Tokuichi.

And it is said that he built a temple Enitiji in Aizu of Fukushima.
This is also a legend.

Then he defeated to rebellion and his family were all executed.
Son of Buddhist monk was the only one who survived.
This monk is said to Tokuichi.
Of course it's a legend.
However，Hosso sect was a one of the mainstream sect in Japanese.
And Tokuichi was representative of their sect.
Aizu at that time was near the border outpost.
