On the other hand，ethnic groups are seems to be around 600，according to one way of counting.
However，we can't have 600 countries in fact.
It would be a multi-ethnic country inevitably，and conflict occurs.

God haven't decide the difference of their.
Nobody have decide the difference of their.
There are not definite distinction in ethnic groups.

Currently，”the international community” has become a major issue of humanity.
Become the true international community.
To do so，more than anything，different elements must come in there.
　
In ethnic groups case，different elements are composed in each social pattern.
In other word，each social paradigm.
　
The world time is not uniform flow.　
Have their time in each ethnic groups.
　
That collision is naturally.
　
When exceed that collision，the true international community can make for the first time.
I think so.

As a transition period leading to it，we have gone through a great crisis now.
I think, go through a crisis that is not too bad.

"Not too bad" would be a figure of speech.
In order to be able to have the true international community，humanity ”should” go through a crisis of conflict.

Probably Izutsu san wanted to say so.

Humanity will definitely overcome it.

For example a ethnic group has a historic grudge to other ethnic group.
Could it be a happy thing for that ethnic group?
